If you come from north:
To take a75/E11 and exit 39 with the indications: Monastier, Chanac, Nîmes, Mende, Florac, Gorges
of the Tarn
To turn right on the Trunk road 9, to follow it on 2 km and to the intersection to take the RN88 in
direction of Mende (on your left) and to follow it on 24.9 km. Been able at Balsièges to take on the right
for Nîmes to join the RN106.. To pass the Collar of Montmirat (alt: 1046 m) and after having
traversed about thirty kilometers right before Florac to take on your left secondary road 998 towards
Pont-de-Montvert, to exceed it and after 27.5 km on this road to take the panoramic Road of the peaks
(D35) for a little more than 7 km and to turn on your line to take D29 in direction of
Saint-Frézal-de-Ventalon on 2 km, then to take on your left in direction of Pénens for the last 3 kilometers..
If you come from south :
From Nimes (Gard) (mileage is entered starting from Nimes), it is necessary to take the Ales direction (40 km).
In Ales to follow the direction Mende Clermont-Ferrand and thus to join the Trunk road 106.
On the RN106 to pass by the Salles du Gardon (54 km), Sainte-Cécile-in Andorge (59 km),
and Collet-de-Dèze (69 km). At the exit of Collet-de-Dèze taking the first road on your right
(C3 in direction of Saint Andéol de Clerguemort) and to go up while following the indications road
of the peaks. After a few kilometers (to count 20 mnts), you arrive on the commune of
Saint-Frézal-de-Ventalon and it will not any more remain you but to join Pénens (79 km).
